Why Choose Tonful ATO 80V Fuses?

Factory-Direct Wholesale

We offer competitive pricing for bulk orders, supporting auto parts distributors and harness manufacturers directly from China.

High-Voltage Capability (80V DC)

Unlike standard 32V fuses, our ATO series is engineered to handle up to 80V DC, making them perfect for modern EV battery systems and forklift trucks.

Premium Materials

Constructed with highly conductive Zinc Alloy terminals and transparent, heat-resistant Polycarbonate (PC) or PA66 housing for quick blown-fuse identification.

Rigorous Testing

Every batch undergoes current stepping, temperature rise, and breaking capacity tests in our ISO 9001 lab.

How to Replace an ATO Blade Fuse (4 Steps)

01

Locate & Identify

Turn off the ignition. Locate the fuse box and find the blown fuse corresponding to the failing component.

02

Remove

Use a fuse puller tool (or needle-nose pliers) to gently pull the fuse straight out. Do not twist, as this may damage the terminals.

03

Inspect & Match

Verify the fuse is blown (look for a broken filament inside). Ensure the new Tonful fuse has the same Amperage (A) and Voltage (V)rating.

04

Insert & Test

Align the blade terminals and push the new fuse firmly into the slot until it sits flush. Turn on the ignition to verify the circuit is working.

Frequently Asked Questions (ATO Blade Fuses)

What is the difference between a standard ATO fuse and an 80V ATO fuse?

A: While standard ATO fuses are rated for 32V, Tonful’s 80V ATO fuses are designed to handle higher voltage DC circuits found in electric vehicles (EVs), golf carts, and heavy machinery without arcing or failure.

Can I use an 80V fuse in a 12V or 24V system?

A: Yes. The voltage rating on a fuse is the maximum voltage it can handle. Using an 80V rated fuse in a 12V or 24V system is perfectly safe and reliable.

Do you have certifications for these fuses?

A: Yes, our ATO 80V fuses are manufactured in compliance with ISO 8820 standards and are RoHS/REACH compliant.

How can I tell if an ATO fuse is blown?

A: Tonful fuses feature a transparent housing. If the fuse is blown, the U-shaped metal filament inside will be visibly broken or melted. You can also test continuity with a multimeter.

Do you offer OEM branding/packaging for fuses?

A: Yes. We can provide custom blister packs, assorted boxes (kits), or bulk bags with your company logo and branding for retail or distribution.

What materials do you use for your fuse terminals?

A: We use high-quality Zinc Alloy for optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life even in harsh automotive environments.
