Send us your engineering drawings (PDF, CAD), Bill of Materials (BOM), or mail us a physical sample. If you only have a concept, our engineers will help you draft the initial wire routing and connector specifications.
We will review your BOM. If you specify expensive international connector brands, we will offer our precision-engineered TONFUL equivalent connectors as an option, which can slash your material costs and lead times significantly.
Before mass production, we will manufacture a "First Article" prototype. We will send this sample to you for physical testing in your actual equipment to ensure cable lengths, connector mating, and flexibility are perfect.
Once the prototype is approved, we program our automated cutting and crimping machines and prepare any necessary test fixtures or custom assembly boards (nail boards) for multi-branch harnesses.
Your harnesses are assembled by our skilled technicians. Every completed unit is plugged into a computerized testing board to verify absolute electrical continuity and correct pin-out orientation.
We can package the harnesses according to your assembly line needs—whether that's individually bagged and labeled with your OEM part numbers, or bulk packed for immediate use. We arrange fast, secure global logistics.
Review the manufacturing and engineering support described below alongside the requirements for your custom assembly. Product-specific performance, inspection coverage and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the approved design.
Why pay a third-party assembly house that buys parts from someone else? We manufacture the core components—wafer connectors, terminals, and heat shrink—right here at TONFUL. This vertical integration drastically reduces your Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and eliminates supply chain bottlenecks.
Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art automatic wire cutting, stripping, and crimping machines. This eliminates human error, ensures absolute precision in wire lengths and strip dimensions, and allows for massive daily production capacities to meet your tight deadlines.
A single faulty crimp can ruin an expensive machine. We leave nothing to chance. Every single wire harness undergoes 100% computerized continuity testing for shorts and miswires. We also conduct rigorous pull-force testing to guarantee the mechanical strength of every crimped terminal.
Whether you have a fully finished CAD drawing, a rough hand sketch, or just a physical sample from a competitor, our engineering team can work with it. We offer reverse-engineering services and can suggest highly reliable drop-in connector alternatives to optimize your costs.
We leverage our own extensive line of electrical protection products. We can equip your custom harnesses with high-temperature corrugated loom tubing, dual-wall waterproof heat shrink, or heavy-duty nylon cable ties to ensure they survive severe vibration and harsh outdoor environments.
We understand that R&D projects require flexibility. We offer rapid prototyping services (usually within 3 to 7 days) so your engineers can test the physical fit. Once approved, we can seamlessly scale from low-volume pilot runs to high-volume mass production.
Send a drawing or sample reference, BOM, wire sizes and colours, finished lengths, connector part numbers and pin-out. Include your order quantity, application environment, inspection requirements and packaging preferences.
Confirm sample arrangements, MOQ, component availability, packaging and delivery terms in your quotation. Contact TONFUL with your assembly requirements.

Ideally, a 2D drawing (PDF or CAD) detailing wire lengths, gauges (AWG), colors, and the specific connector/terminal part numbers (the BOM). If you don't have drawings, clear photos with measurements or a physical sample are also perfectly acceptable.
We can do both! If your project strictly requires original brand components, we can source them through our established supply chains. However, choosing TONFUL's drop-in equivalent connectors will dramatically reduce your costs and shorten production lead times.
For harnesses using standard wires and our in-house TONFUL connectors, prototypes can typically be completed in 3 to 7 working days. If special original-brand components need to be imported, the lead time will depend on their availability.
We use high-precision automated crimping applicators. Our quality control team regularly performs "Pull-Force Testing" to ensure the wire will not pull out of the terminal, and we conduct cross-sectional microscopic analysis to verify the copper strands are perfectly compressed without air gaps.
We are highly supportive of new projects and offer very flexible MOQs. For standard materials, we can do small pilot runs. The MOQ usually only becomes a factor if your design requires us to purchase a massive minimum reel of a highly specialized, non-standard wire color or gauge.
