The original descriptive text lists red as 22–18 AWG, while the BNYF 1.25 model table lists 22–16 AWG. The table is retained as supplied; confirm the approved conductor combination before ordering.
Selection Guide
Match both conductors to the model table, then check L, Dφ and dφ against your assembly. Use the model-specific wire range rather than selecting by colour alone.
Strip to the approved length, insert both conductors fully and crimp each end with compatible insulated-terminal tooling. Inspect conductor insertion and retention before use. Nylon insulation does not by itself establish a sealed or waterproof splice.
