ATO 80V Blade Fuse
Explore the TONFUL Electric ATO-style blade fuse range listed for 80V DC, with six current options from 10A to 40A. Compare the selected part, blade dimensions and circuit-protection requirements before ordering.
- Six listed current options: 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, 30A and 40A.
- 80V DC is a voltage listing, not a universal circuit compatibility guarantee.
- Review current-time performance, interrupting capacity and holder fit.
- Original material and certification wording is flagged for confirmation below.
Overview
This page brings together the six ATO 80V fuse options shown in the existing product range. Each option needs to be checked against the circuit voltage, operating current, available fault current, holder geometry and the selected part’s documentation. The listing does not establish suitability for an EV traction battery or another high-energy circuit.
Features
- Blade-terminal format: compare the illustrated body and blade geometry with the intended fuse holder.
- Six current options: the source lists 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, 30A and 40A.
- Rating identification: select by the approved part number and rating, not housing color alone.
- Documentation-led selection: request the exact part’s voltage, current-time characteristic, interrupting rating and temperature information.
Technical Specifications
| Parameter | Source Listing / Confirmation Required |
|---|---|
| Product family | ATO-style blade fuse; listed 80V range |
| Listed voltage | 80 VDC — confirm the exact part and test documentation |
| Listed current options | 10 A, 15 A, 20 A, 25 A, 30 A and 40 A |
| Interrupting rating | Original page lists 1000 A at 80 VDC; request part-specific confirmation and test conditions |
| Terminal material | Source conflict: marketing copy says zinc alloy; specification chart says tinned copper. Confirm the exact construction |
| Housing & temperature | Original wording is inconsistent (PC/PA66 versus “NL”). Request the material grade and operating/derating data |
| Compliance | Original page names SAE J2077, ISO 8820 and UL 248. These references do not establish certification for every option |
The original page contains conflicting material descriptions and broad certification claims. These are not silently treated as verified performance. Request a datasheet and applicable reports for the exact part before approval.

Dimension
The source drawing is reproduced in high definition below. All dimensions are in millimeters and remain subject to the selected part drawing and tolerances.
| Drawing item | Source dimension (mm) |
|---|---|
| Front-view body width | 19.3 |
| Overall height | 19.7 |
| Blade protrusion | 6.5 |
| Blade width | 5.2 |
| Bottom-view span | 14.70 |
| Side-view body thickness | 5.2 |
| Side-view blade thickness | 3.8 |

Selection Guide
Provide circuit voltage and whether it is DC, normal and transient current, available fault current, ambient temperature and the holder reference. Confirm the required time-current characteristic, interrupting capacity and mechanical fit with the exact fuse documentation. A higher voltage number alone does not make a fuse an approved replacement.
For replacement or maintenance, follow the equipment manufacturer’s specified fuse and isolation procedures. Do not increase the current rating to address repeated fuse operation; have the underlying fault assessed by qualified personnel.
Applications
The original application collage depicts vehicles, marine equipment, fuse panels and related systems. It illustrates enquiry contexts, not confirmed compatibility. Discuss only circuits whose complete requirements match the selected fuse and holder; no blanket main-battery, solar-storage or traction-system claim is made.

Ordering Information
Send the exact current option, required DC voltage, part drawing or holder reference, quantity and destination. Include current-time and interrupting requirements, operating conditions, documentation and packaging preferences for review.

Buyer Support

Share circuit, holder and documentation requirements so the selected fuse can be reviewed.

Compare the exact fuse ratings and construction against the assembly requirements.

Request the selected product instructions and follow equipment-specific maintenance procedures.

Confirm unit packs, cartons, destination and shipping terms in the quotation.
Workshop & Inspection Images
The six original workshop and laboratory scenes are retained as high-definition illustrative reconstructions without logos or website text. They do not verify ownership of a facility, production capacity or certification.

Documentation Review
The five existing documentation symbols below are retained unchanged to preserve the original image inventory. Their presence is not proof that the exact fuse has those approvals; request part-specific certificates and reports.

Buyer Questions
Can an 80V fuse replace any 32V fuse?
Not automatically. The DC voltage rating, time-current characteristic, interrupting rating, dimensions, holder and equipment requirements all need to match the approved replacement specification.
Are the material descriptions consistent?
No. The source says zinc alloy in the copy and tinned copper in the chart; it also uses different housing descriptions. Confirm the exact part’s material specification.
Are all listed standards confirmed certifications?
No. The original standard names and documentation symbols are not accepted as proof of approval for every current option. Request the applicable model-specific report.
Can I request branded packaging?
Send artwork, unit-pack quantities, carton requirements and any assortment proposal for quotation. Product images in this draft intentionally contain no TONFUL logo or website.
