Selection Guide
Match both conductors to the selected BHT model. Check the listed B, L2, W, L1 and thickness values, and ensure the sleeve suits the wire insulation diameter.
Strip to the approved length and insert the conductors into opposite ends of the copper barrel. Crimp each end using suitable tooling, heat evenly with a controlled hot-air gun, then allow to cool and inspect the finished splice. Confirm environmental and insulation requirements for the installation.
