Selection Guide
Start with conductor section and AWG range, then compare the model-specific maximum current and thickness. Match the bolt reference and d2 opening dimension, and verify B, F and L against the available connection space.
Use a compatible insulated-terminal crimping tool and confirm bolt tightening and retention requirements for the approved assembly. Do not select by sleeve color alone.
Applications
For crimped wire connections requiring an open hook interface on a compatible bolt or stud. Potential uses include equipment wiring, panel assemblies and cable harnesses where the selected model meets the installation requirements.
Confirm voltage, temperature, environmental protection and required approvals for your selected model. These ratings are not stated on the original page.
Ordering Information
Provide the full HV model number, conductor size, bolt or stud reference, order quantity and application requirements when requesting a quotation. Include samples, packaging and inspection requirements.
