Overview
TONFUL Electric LSV insulated fork terminals combine a tin-plated copper contact with a vinyl crimp sleeve. Compare 14 catalog models by conductor section, bolt size and terminal dimensions for your electrical assembly. The open fork interface fits around a compatible screw or stud. Check the selected terminal against the connection hardware and crimp requirements before assembly.
Features
- Tin-plated copper contact: the material and finish stated in the TONFUL catalog.
- Vinyl-insulated crimp sleeve: provides a defined wire-entry area for the selected conductor size.
- Locking fork profile: the dimension drawing shows inward retention features at the fork opening.
- Model-specific dimensions: compare bolt opening, fork width and overall length in the table.
- Color-coded size groups: use the full model reference and conductor section when ordering.

Selection Guide
Start with the conductor section and select the corresponding model group. Match d2 to the bolt or stud, then check fork width B, contact length F, overall length L and sleeve dimensions. Use a crimp tool and die suitable for the terminal and conductor. Send the hardware reference or assembly drawing for selection assistance.
Applications
For compatible screw and stud connections in control panels, equipment wiring, electrical maintenance and cable assemblies. Select the terminal against the conductor, hardware, mechanical clearance and installation requirements of the finished assembly.
