Overview
Join wires with TONFUL HXT solder seal heat shrink butt connectors. A transparent sleeve, central solder ring and meltable end rings are heated to form the splice and seal around the wire insulation.
Compare 4 original catalog models below. Send the complete model number, conductor size and application so TONFUL can review your product enquiry.
Features
- Central solder ring: Position the overlapping conductors beneath the solder ring before applying heat.
- Transparent sleeve: Allows visual inspection of wire placement and solder flow.
- Meltable end rings: The sealing rings act around the wire insulation during the approved heating process.
- Four colour-coded models: Compare HXT-11, HXT-21, HXT-31 and HXT-41 in the original catalog table.

The HXT table is retained as supplied. Confirm the sleeve formulation, heating profile and environmental documentation for the selected model. The legacy generic SST description used different wire ranges and material terms and is not treated as an HXT specification.
Selection Guide
Match the wire section to the selected HXT model and compare the original minimum dimensions. Slide the connector over the conductors and position their overlap beneath the central solder ring.
Prepare clean conductors, apply controlled hot air evenly and confirm solder flow and sleeve shrinkage according to the approved instructions. Allow the joint to cool before inspection. Do not substitute a crimping operation or direct flame for the specified heating process.
Applications
Potential uses include automotive harness repair, equipment wiring, lighting connections and marine wiring when the selected model and installation conditions are approved for the project.
Product compatibility and qualification depend on the model, installation process and approved assembly.
