The item number uses a nominal series size. Actual widths are listed separately: 3 → 2.5mm, 4 → 3.6mm, 5 → 4.8mm, 8 → 7.6mm, 10 → 9mm and 12 → 12mm. The catalog prints tensile strength in N and “kg”; the latter is retained as its listed load-equivalent value.

A positive locking action.
The serrated strap feeds through an integral locking head to form an adjustable loop. The tapered tip helps guide the strap into the head for straightforward installation.
Choose the tie to suit the bundle and apply suitable installation tension. Standard self-locking ties are intended for a permanent fastening; replace the tie after cutting it off.

Are all black cable ties suitable for outdoor use?
